Out of the mouths of babes

Jackson never ceases to amaze me with what he says on a daily basis. We have been having some storms in the Upstate over the last two days. Last night we lost power for about an hour. Jackson did not like this because it interrupted his watching of Mickey Mouse. It had stopped thundering and lightning but was still raining. Jeff had gone to the gym and as Jackson and I sat on the couch in the semi-dark he looked at me with the most serious face and said "Mommy, did God go potty?" I was a little shocked until I realized he meant did God have to take a potty break from making the thunder and lightning. What precious beings out sweet children are and what a blessing to our lives!!!
